No one turned away for lack of funds.

Increase the connection between your breath, body and heart through gentle movement and simple breath practices.

In this 90 minute session we’ll breathe and move in harmony, intentionally connecting breath and body as one.

Joseph Pilates was among the first Western bodywork practitioners to understand and promote the connection between the breath, posture, physical recovery and emotional regulation.

21st Century life forces most of us into long hours of sitting and daily doses of screen time leaving little time for nature and incidental movement. These constraints encourage poor breathing, posture and sleep habits. And those lead to exhaustion, anxiety, irritability and more!

The first step to healing these habits is the breath.

Pamela Hollings (she/they) is a breath practitioner, voice teacher, nature lover, theater-maker, educator, and ritual facilitator, offering Rites of Passage, workshops, classes and retreats throughSpring of Ritesand in partnership with many organizations. She has studied Nature Awareness and Relational Education throughWeaving Earth, is a trained teacher of the Psychology of Movement, and is a certified Waldorf teacher and Celebrant & Ceremonialist of the Healing Arts. She loves to support groups in process through breath, movement, ritual and storytelling in all its forms.
