I have 500 (31’ x 14’) square foot, private, studio space suite in Oakland.

General Rules

Do not let anyone you do not know into the building.

Do not share the building code with anyone you did not invite.

No smoking of any kind.

No alcoholic beverages, unless approved beforehand.

No drugs of any kind.

Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate.

Cleanliness

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.

Please respect the space and tidy up after yourself.

Please do not leave behind any equipment or rentals that you bring with you.

Please factor setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on the walls.

Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.

Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card you use to book the space.

No glitter or confetti can be used. Please return the space to its original condition before you leave. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed otherwise.

Please return all furniture, as well as folding chairs table back to their original locations, clean and undamaged.

Please clean up any spills.

If the floor is stained, a fee will be assessed.

Please wash any dishes that are used.

Please take out the trash when you leave.

Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. This allows us to keep the prices low and serve our creative communities.
